What is professionalization. How to make yourself professional, dedicated, honest, pragmatic and united in this important place needs to be changed from the following aspects.
First, we should have a professional sense of responsibility. From being driven by the superior to passively complete the task, gradually change to being driven by the goal, take the initiative to undertake more work, and turn yourself from a screw that needs to be knocked into a self-driven engine. At the same time, when undertaking more work, we should not complain or blame, fulfill our commitments in time and pay attention to result orientation. In case of difficulties and need to seek the help of superiors, we should also learn to think positively and bring our own problems and suggestions for leaders' reference and choice.
Second, we should have professional goal consciousness. For the tasks assigned by the superior, carefully or take notes of the key points of the tasks; If you don't understand, put forward your own opinions and questions after the superior has finished, and confirm the correct task information. After confirming the task, be good at using the principle of objective management to convert the work task into a specific, measurable, achievable, time limited and relevant work schedule, and submit it to the superior in writing for confirmation.
Third, we should have professional communication awareness. Communication is also a skill. It is a person's exertion of his knowledge ability, expression ability and behavior ability. Both enterprise managers and ordinary employees are the core elements of enterprise competitiveness. Effective communication is the premise for the smooth progress of all work of the enterprise. Efficient communication should be effective, efficient and laughter, so as to successfully complete the communication goal in a short time and achieve a win-win situation.
Fourth, we should have a professional sense of cooperation. A good sense of cooperation should do the following: 1. Obey the rules of the team; 2. Establish a clear workflow; 3. Fully express personal opinions before decision-making, and resolutely implement the decision-making scheme after decision-making. Even if there are personal opinions, they can only be retained; 4. Timely and sincerely affirm each other's contributions; 5. Emphasize facts and avoid emotional feelings; 6. Lead the discussion process rather than leading the results; 7. Respect minority opinions and avoid blind spots; 8. "People" and "things" are separated and discussed on the basis of things; 9. Humor creates a pleasant atmosphere
Fifth, we should have professional learning consciousness. In this era full of competition and rapid development, we must understand that only continuous learning can improve the quality of young people and better serve their jobs. First of all, we should carry out self-learning through books, networks and other tools; Secondly, we should receive training, receive job counseling and learn from advanced workers; Thirdly, use what you have learned to train others to realize team knowledge sharing; Finally, constantly summarize and refine in important work and important events to complete self sublimation.
Sixth, we should have a sense of professional development. In terms of professional ability, gradually accumulate and make steady progress, so that their abilities in all aspects can reach the level of proficiency or even experts from understanding and doing. In terms of the concept and consciousness of work, we should clarify the personal professional orientation, the relationship between input and output, the relationship between influence and concern, and maintain a rational and positive working attitude.
