The Jinshun Branch of the Group organized a project management observation and exchange event.
On May 23, the Jinshun Branch of the Group organized an on-site observation and exchange meeting on project management. All project managers, frontline supervisors, and relevant personnel from various functional departments of the branch attended the event, while selected managers from China State Construction Third Bureau and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Construction Engineering Company were invited to participate in the observation and discussion.
At the event, project leaders from participating sites drew on their experience with ongoing projects to systematically share practical insights on pre‑project planning, construction‑method optimization, full‑process cost control, standardized site management, and the resolution of challenging issues. The content was closely aligned with real‑world conditions, highly actionable, and strongly instructive. Attendees engaged in on‑site observations, face‑to‑face discussions, and benchmarking, enabling them to clearly identify gaps and areas for improvement in project governance, attention to detail, and execution. They also conducted in‑depth exchanges on operational strategies and management approaches.
The head of the branch company urged all participants to take this learning opportunity as a catalyst to replicate and extend proven management models and mature working practices across all ongoing projects, thereby continuously strengthening end-to-end project oversight, elevating construction standardization and management sophistication, and steadily enhancing project delivery capabilities and overall management effectiveness, thus contributing further to the Group’s high‑quality, resilient development. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
