On the afternoon of May 25, the Group convened a special working meeting on major project services in the 16th-floor conference room, with all senior executives and the entire staff of the Major Projects Management Department in attendance. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group.
At the meeting, Ma Jinshan, head of the Major Project Management Department, presented a detailed briefing on key issues, including the definition of project management and service recipients, the primary focus of management, and the deployment of dedicated task forces to provide on-the-ground support and related measures. Group executives, drawing on their respective areas of responsibility, offered guiding recommendations on the task force’s strategic approach, implementation plans, and mechanisms for coordination and collaboration. General Manager Zhang Jian then set forth clear requirements and specific directives for advancing and managing major projects.
Yin Weidong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, attended the meeting and delivered an important address. He pointed out that the Major Project Management Department serves as a profound enhancement and upgrade to the management of key projects at priority units, further extending the company’s risk‑control framework, and representing an essential response to market demands and the need for high‑quality corporate development. He emphasized the importance of strengthening close coordination across all business lines, departments, and regions, leveraging synergistic collaboration to generate a compounding effect in risk management. The Chairman stressed that the entire organization must accurately assess the current situation, maintain firm confidence in development, innovate working methods, and rally positive energy through unity and determination. At the same time, he called for fully harnessing the company’s advantage of flexible mechanisms while rigorously implementing stringent control measures, striving to achieve the goal of building resilient growth for Qian’an’s endeavors.
