The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.
In mid-May, the Shanghai Wangyuan Building hotel renovation project undertaken by the Group entered its final, critical phase. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now shifted entirely to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and finalization.
To stay on track with key milestones and lay a solid foundation for quality, the project team has meticulously developed a specialized plan for finishing works, rigorously assigning responsibilities to every team member at each level. By coordinating and optimizing the allocation of on-site manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources, the team ensures efficient integration and seamless handover among all sub‑tasks, thereby guaranteeing the smooth progression of construction processes. At the site, routine safety inspections, quality reviews, and hazard identification and remediation are carried out consistently. Any issues identified are promptly addressed, documented, and closed in a cyclical manner, with meticulous attention paid to refining construction details and maintaining rigorous, all‑round quality control throughout the project.
The project leader stated: The construction team will maintain a determined and proactive spirit, steadfastly upholding the three bottom lines of safety, quality, and schedule. By uniting as one and tackling challenges head-on, they will accelerate the completion of all remaining tasks to deliver tangible results, striving with full effort to ensure the project concludes successfully, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This will guarantee that the hotel project is completed on time and put into operation smoothly. (Jinrun Branch)
