In order to achieve the overall goal of human resources development in the 14th five year plan of the group and meet the needs of the project for all kinds of talents. Taking advantage of the golden time period when the construction army returned home before and after the Spring Festival and the frequent flow of construction personnel, the human resources department of the group released recruitment information through multiple channels, selected 16 interviewees with first-class and second-class constructors from more than 80 candidate resumes, and carefully organized interview groups on January 27 Two on-site interviews for project managers were held on February 7. The interview team conducted multi-dimensional and multi angle on-site interview, evaluation and scoring for 16 candidates, and carefully selected and recommended excellent talents for the front line of the project. In mid-June, the Roche Pharmaceuticals project, constructed by the Group’s Maosheng International Engineering Branch, successfully completed the indoor relocation of three 13-ton heavy-duty pieces of equipment within a high‑standard epoxy flooring area, utilizing an air‑suspension cushion‑lifting technique.
