In order to achieve the overall goal of human resources development in the 14th five year plan of the group and meet the needs of the project for all kinds of talents. Taking advantage of the golden time period when the construction army returned home before and after the Spring Festival and the frequent flow of construction personnel, the human resources department of the group released recruitment information through multiple channels, selected 16 interviewees with first-class and second-class constructors from more than 80 candidate resumes, and carefully organized interview groups on January 27 Two on-site interviews for project managers were held on February 7. The interview team conducted multi-dimensional and multi angle on-site interview, evaluation and scoring for 16 candidates, and carefully selected and recommended excellent talents for the front line of the project. In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.

Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.
