The group company organizes on-site interview
In order to achieve the overall goal of human resources development in the 14th five year plan of the group and meet the needs of the project for all kinds of talents. Taking advantage of the golden time period when the construction army returned home before and after the Spring Festival and the frequent flow of construction personnel, the human resources department of the group released recruitment information through multiple channels, selected 16 interviewees with first-class and second-class constructors from more than 80 candidate resumes, and carefully organized interview groups on January 27 Two on-site interviews for project managers were held on February 7. The interview team conducted multi-dimensional and multi angle on-site interview, evaluation and scoring for 16 candidates, and carefully selected and recommended excellent talents for the front line of the project. On November 11, the website of the Provincial Construction Industry Association announced the winners of the 2025 Jiangsu Province "Quality Month" Construction Engineering Quality Knowledge Competition. The Group won the second-place team award, and two individuals received the special third-place prize for project managers.
