Recently, the group company stood out from dozens of construction units and was shortlisted in the red list of general contracting suppliers of poly Huaihai company. Last year, the 140 (luyangtian) project Department of Jinrun branch of the group received high praise and unanimous recognition from Party A in terms of engineering quality, safety management, progress control and on-site cooperation during the construction of Lianyungang Mingzhu garden project, and finally ensured the successful delivery of the first development zone by nodes with high-quality on-site management. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
