Thoughts on "Internship"

Thoughts on "Internship"

From May 13 to 15, 2022, Jinshun branch organized project leaders, project technical leaders and other key personnel to Tianjin kangxinuorong No. 6 project for a three-day internship. The purpose is to learn from high-end bioengineering management experience and serve the later biopharmaceutical project management.

Tianjin kangxinuorong No. 6 project is another bioengineering project after the new crown vaccine workshop. It has a strong representation in temporary facilities, construction progress, safety, quality, civilized construction and other aspects, and is also in line with the main direction of the company's future business development. And I am honored to be a member of the "Internship" team, and make a brief summary of what I have seen and heard this time:

The construction of temporary facilities of the project department is adjusted to local conditions. On the basis of using the original concrete ground, the overall planning and layout are carried out, which not only reduces the temporary construction cost, but also achieves high-end atmosphere, highlights the characteristics of Qi'an, and plays a role in publicizing the company's image; The internal management of the project department is in good order, and the dormitories are checked every day to ensure that the beds of all personnel are clean and the items are placed neatly, so as to create a hygienic, safe and comfortable living environment; Workers shall queue up to eat in the canteen; The project department has specially set up epidemic situation detection posts and isolation rooms to truly implement relevant policies for epidemic prevention and control.

The project has earnestly implemented the call of "safety first". The project has been started for nearly 100 days, without any safety accidents, and has created outstanding achievements of "zero band aids"; At the same time, the safety data are timely, complete and authentic. In response to the requirements of the group company for safety data, and in combination with the actual situation of the project, the safety data system from Volume 1 to Volume 19 has been established to escort the safety construction of the project.

For the construction of the project, with the help of BIM Technology, the secondary deepening design of all pipelines in the interlayer is carried out to reduce the construction difficulty caused by insufficient interlayer space, reduce the cross collision of various disciplines, improve the construction efficiency and make it more coordinated and reasonable. Therefore, it also highlights the importance of BIM Technology Application, urges itself and the team to learn and apply BIM Technology, and helps the construction of subsequent projects.

Injection water system and pure water system are two necessary systems for biopharmaceutical engineering. Due to engineering characteristics, they are not really independently constructed at ordinary times. This time, relevant technical experts were specially hired to analyze the principles of the two systems of the project, including the installation precautions for heat exchanger, requirements for pipeline passivation water temperature, installation requirements for diaphragm valve, slope ratio, support requirements, sampling time, insulation precautions, maximum length of a closed-loop system, elimination of water hammer and other solutions to common problems, and the differences between the two systems were compared, The purpose of expanding professional knowledge has been achieved.

On the other hand, most biopharmaceutical projects will have special gases, such as carbon dioxide, oxygen, nitrogen, etc., which requires us to further understand the contents and brands of busbar, primary pressure reducing tank, secondary pressure reducing tank (or pressure reducing valve), pressure alarm device, gas concentration detection device, etc. And most of them have high requirements for pipeline brands, even foreign brands, such as nomen, Alfa Laval, etc; The depth of understanding of each system will be related to the undertaking of similar projects in the later stage;

Fire fighting system is one of our common specialties. As far as I am concerned, I have not really organized complete construction, relevant data collation, inspection application and other related work by myself. Through this study, we will further understand the system and working principle of the major, as well as the common components and accessories included.

The six projects of kangxinuo finance include more than ten majors, which is a rare opportunity and platform for comprehensive learning and progress. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the "Internship" team could only study in rongliu project for three days, but received a lot of goods.

As the saying goes, "master leads the way to the door, and the practice lies in the individual". This "Internship" is only the beginning of opening up our horizons and ideas. To truly understand and master relevant professional knowledge, we need to study, accumulate and apply it at ordinary times, accumulate a lot, and promote project management. What's more, we can't be confined to our own small world, meet the current situation, do not strive for progress, and remain complacent.

At present, all walks of life have been seriously impacted by the epidemic, and it is difficult to have a stable job. But the company leaders still try to provide opportunities and platforms for all employees to learn and progress. Don't you feel happy in such a big family? The answer is obvious: Yes!!

The leaders are far sighted and look to the future,

Employees follow the pace and change in time,

All levels work together to help each other in the same boat,

You and I don't change our original mind, help us realize our dreams!
