——Lexmark multiple branches organize internal training


On May 24, in order to further strengthen the professional skills of employees, enrich personal knowledge reserves, and create a more comprehensive and professional Lexmark multi team, our company organized a 2022 internal training meeting for employees of the headquarters. Employees of all departments of the headquarters attended the meeting. The training meeting took senior employees as lecturers, emphasizing mutual learning and mutual improvement among employees.

Before the training, Xu Li, the deputy general manager of the company, gave a mobilization speech and introduced the lecturers of the first phase of the training: Chen Xiaoshi from the personnel department, niweiwei from the office and Yang Yong from the operation Department.

Firstly, chenxiaoshi from the personnel department explained the basic process of the real name system management of the group company in detail from four aspects: the legal and policy basis of the real name system, the management requirements of the real name system of the project department, the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers, and the problems involved in the real name system management.

Then niweiwei of the office summarized the current work of the office with the theme of cherishing dreams and strengthening the original heart, and showed in detail the company's construction contract management, labor contract management, material contract management, data archiving and other processes.

Finally, Yang Yong from the business department professionally explained the bidding, budgeting and final settlement process (including how to prepare the final account), and in combination with the company's recent cases, communicated with you how to do a good job in the next stage of business.

During the study period, the employees discussed the problems encountered in the daily office process in combination with their own experience, kept thinking and reviewing, and carried out more detailed explanation and retraining for difficult problems. After this internal training meeting, everyone said that the contents of the course were very practical, and they would further improve their professional skills and comprehensive abilities compared with themselves, so as to promote the better, faster and better development of Lexmark. Good News Abounds | The Group Has Secured Multiple Emerging Industry Projects in Succession

In the golden autumn season, bountiful harvests abound, and new‑generation growth sectors showcase their strength. Since August, leveraging its deep-rooted expertise and core competencies in industrial installation, the Group has successively won bids for five key projects in emerging productivity fields, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 250 million, injecting robust momentum into its resilient year‑end performance.


Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.
