What we have done for the company

At present, the enterprise is facing industry risks. At this time, as an employee, "don't talk about what the company has given me, but what we have done for the company?".

In recent years, the general tone of the development of the Group Company is "making progress in stability, striving for survival in progress, and striving for strength in survival". Under the guidance of this concept, the Company is currently developing well. We should be grateful to the enterprise, especially to the people at the helm for their hard work and dedication.

I entered the company in 1997 and have worked for 25 years. I still remember that all departments worked overtime to get information for the first level qualification of electromechanical general contracting; I still remember the happy smiling faces of everyone after successful qualification approval; I also remember that at the beginning, each person only paid 1000 yuan a month for living expenses; I also remember the dilemma of asking for a statement because I owed the government social security fee; I also remember the pain of the enterprise restructuring and zero asset stripping in 2002, when the whole staff bought out; Even the tight days of the company during the economic crisis in 2008

25 years have witnessed the company's growth from small to large, from weak to strong, and also witnessed the ups and downs the company has gone through. The employees of the company are undoubtedly the biggest beneficiaries of the company's development. First of all, the company has given us employment opportunities. When we were young, we often heard old employees say that in the 1980s, people with certain social backgrounds were required to enter the installation company; Even in Qidong, many people envy us when it comes to Qi'an. With the development of the company, our income has increased and the working environment has improved, all of which are given by the company. The company has given us a stage to achieve our own value. In the past 25 years, I have grown from an ordinary employee to the current middle level position, which is the result of my personal efforts and the achievements of the company's corporate culture.

We also need to think about one more question: what the company has given us and what we have done for the company. Each of our departments and posts is ordinary. It is necessary to think about how to make the human resource management work, trivial and meticulous work to the extreme. How to serve the branch company and the project department in an innovative way, and serve the employees faster and more efficiently, regardless of personal gains and losses, is the reward for this trust and responsibility. I have been engaged in human resources for more than 20 years, but I still need to work hard to enrich the latest business knowledge, so that I can become an expert in human resources management that will not be eliminated by the times.
