It has been 25 years since I graduated from school and joined the company in 1997. At the beginning of work, the company was in a low ebb. The company only allowed people to register but could not arrange actual work. In May of the next year, the company arranged to work in Nanjing 511 Factory Project. At that time, most of the college students could only arrange to work as front-line workers in the project. I worked as an electrician, a plumber, and an electric welder, doing everything. I majored in finance. I'm a layman. I bought books and read them. When I compared books, drawings and practice, I thought I learned very quickly. In 2000, the leaders of the Group arranged me to work in Beijing No. 11 Branch to do finance. I cherish this job very much, because I know that it is only one step away from workers to managers. If I can't do well, I may go back to work as a worker immediately. In the 1990s, when I heard about Qi'an in Nanjing, I thought they were very good. Today, Qi'an has been the first in the installation industry in the province for 13 consecutive years. I am really proud of being a Qi'an person.

We should reflect our own value in our work. Every ordinary post can realize its own value in life. We should take our own posts seriously. Doing our own job well is our greatest value at this stage. Only doing our own job well can we have a bigger platform for you to display your talents. Different levels of work will lead to different things. When I was in a branch office, I had to deal with many things every day. I was busy with some things. In the management of the labor service company in the group company, I always wanted to use what management methods to make the labor service team fail to meet the requirements of the group, and how to lead our young team, To make our team operate efficiently and provide good service for the branch contractors. I dare not say how much I have contributed to the company. Only by doing my best to do my job well, can I make myself valuable. There must be many deficiencies in my work. I need to put my mind right, adapt to the current working environment and position as soon as possible, accept criticism, listen to suggestions, strengthen my own learning, and strive to improve my quality and work ability.

Group General Manager Zhang Jian Visits Asahi Kasei (Nantong) to Deepen Cooperation and Exchange

On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
