On October 21, Sun Jianzhong, President of Qidong Charity Federation, Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, and Gong Shancong, Vice President of the Group Company, came to Malipo, Yunnan Province to pay tribute to the martyrs of the battle, and expressed their condolences to the veterans of the counterattack against Vietnam, as well as the descendants of the former militia and martyrs who had made meritorious contributions. On behalf of the group, Gong Shancong also donated 200,000 yuan to the charity of "condolences to heroes to help future generations become talents", and Qidong Charity Federation and other units also donated 50,000 yuan.

Gong Shancong, the person in charge of Jinshun Group, was a veteran of the war against Vietnam, and after retiring, he never forgot his comradeship, visited the families of the martyrs all the year round, and paid tribute to the sacrificed comrades, demonstrating the traditional nature of Qi'an people's benevolence and love for the world. In the past 10 years, Gong Shancong has actively participated in public welfare and charity undertakings such as supporting the army and giving preferential treatment to family members, helping the needy, fighting the "epidemic" and fighting the "epidemic", rural revitalization, etc., and has donated millions of dollars only to care for the families of martyrs and veterans, and is known as a "charity veteran" who will never fade.
