On June 2nd, the Jiangsu Installation Industry Association held a seminar and exchange meeting on the development of installation enterprises in Jiangsu Province, cities, and counties at the group company. Xu Xuejun, former deputy director of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, Zou Jinlin, vice president of the Provincial Installation Industry Association, and leaders of 20 installation enterprises attended the meeting. Senior executives of the group company participated in the event.
Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, delivered a welcome speech. Six enterprises, including Wuxi Industrial Equipment Installation Company, Jiangsu Xinyou Construction Group, Nantong Installation Group, Qi'an Construction Group, Suhua Construction Group, and Jiangsu Zhongyun Installation Group, made communication speeches. Zou Jinlin, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Safety Association, proposed six major measures on how to achieve high-quality development for installation enterprises, including firm determination in their main business and creating excellent brands.
Xu Xuejun, former deputy director of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, delivered a keynote report in the form of a PPT titled "Science and Technology Innovation Leading Intelligent Construction in the Installation Industry of Jiangsu Province Should Be First". The report was rich in content, detailed in data, comprehensive in policies, and vivid in cases, which greatly benefited the attendees.
Before the meeting, the attendees visited the "Together" exhibition hall and equipment room of the group, observed the operation of the company's smart construction site real-time platform, and highly praised the construction quality, corporate culture construction, and information management achievements of Qi'an Building. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
