In mid March, the Shanghai Safety and Quality Supervision Station announced the results of the 2022 safety production standardization evaluation for construction enterprises, and the group company was once again awarded the title of Excellent Enterprise. This honor has added 2 credit points for the group company in Shanghai, with a total score exceeding 80 points, which has a positive impact on participating in the Shanghai open bidding market.
On March 17th, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development held the 2023 Jiangsu Construction Industry Southern Region Work Conference in Wenchang, Hainan. The meeting commended the advanced collectives and individuals in 2022. Guangdong Branch of the Group was rated as the advanced collectives for construction outside Jiangsu Province, and Song Lingling, the vice president of the Group and the head of Jinkun Branch, was rated as the exemplary individual. On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
