On February 18th, the Group's Market Development Department, in conjunction with software development units, conducted final optimization and testing of the "Qi'an Cloud" system before its launch to ensure its smooth launch and use. Qi'an Cloud "is a centralized procurement module independently developed by the group and embedded in the OA office platform, which is specifically responsible by the company's market development department. The relevant staff, based on the goals and requirements proposed by the group leaders, combined with the actual management of the company, started from two aspects of practicality and development, and fully drew on the experience of peers to form a centralized procurement cloud system that is suitable for the group's own management needs. It took another year to continuously improve and improve, and will be launched and used in the near future. The person in charge of system development stated that the implementation of "Qi'an Cloud" will reduce procurement costs, improve procurement efficiency, ensure procurement quality, standardize procurement behavior, achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase, and provide strong guarantees and support for the group company's "risk reduction and resilience development". Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.
