The company's electronic labor contract has been officially launched since July
On July 3rd, the first electronic labor contract signed by the group company was generated, marking the official launch and use of the Jiangsu Qi'an labor contract electronic signature. The construction industry has always had scattered employees and relatively high contract signing costs, and the traditional "face-to-face" model has been plagued by human resource management; Under the epidemic, the advantages of electronic signatures have become prominent. In March of this year, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China issued a letter confirming the validity of the electronic visa. So, the functional departments of the group changed due to the situation, and after four months of repeated screening, negotiation, communication, and technical docking, finally achieved the full official launch and use of electronic signed labor contracts. Electronic signatures can effectively solve problems in the construction industry, such as long-term project residency, easy falsification of worker identities and signatures, and difficult storage and management of labor contracts. Next, the company will further accelerate the pace of intelligent contract management, laying the foundation for the construction of Qi'an Digital. (Human Resources Department)
