The Group dispatched personnel to attend the training on building trustworthy quality teams in chemical engineering construction.
On September 16–17, the China Chemical Construction Enterprises Association held a “Training Workshop on Building Quality‑Trusted Work Teams in Chemical Construction” in Chengdu, with representatives from the Group in attendance. The workshop featured a special lecture by Shi Jie, a senior expert of the Association. The curriculum focused on the core principles, construction processes, evaluation criteria, and commonly used tools and methods for quality‑trusted work teams. Drawing on typical industry case studies, the training employed a variety of formats—including theoretical presentations, in‑depth analysis of real‑world examples, and group discussions—to systematically equip participants with practical skills in areas such as goal setting, process control, continuous improvement and innovation, results consolidation, and cultural development. The content was comprehensive and highly targeted, with active classroom engagement and a strong learning atmosphere.
