The Group convened a special meeting to study and implement the spirit of the symposium of branch company representatives.

On the afternoon of August 31, the Group convened a meeting in the fourth-floor conference room at its headquarters, bringing together heads of regional subsidiaries and departmental directors to deliberate on implementing the spirit of the symposium for branch‑office representatives held by the Group on August 30. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, emphasized that the symposium was both highly successful and timely. The attending branch‑office representatives fully commended the Group’s efforts and notable achievements in risk mitigation, litigation management, and debt recovery, and pledged their full support for the Group’s cash‑flow‑boosting relief measures. They also put forward numerous constructive suggestions, primarily concerning the streamlining of the Group’s OA processes, smart construction, and workforce optimization. The Chairman instructed all regions and departments to carefully review these recommendations, align them with actual work conditions, engage in thorough self‑reflection, and develop concrete plans for improvement and implementation. He urged continued vigorous efforts, stepping up initiatives to further strengthen risk resolution and debt collection, explore every possible avenue to enhance cash flow, and do everything possible to safeguard the Group’s core development foundation. In terms of operations, he called for proactive responsibility, enhanced interdepartmental coordination, and vigilance against internal friction arising from overlapping functions. Greater attention should be paid to identifying and addressing issues, ensuring rigorous follow‑up and effective execution of assigned tasks. When encountering difficulties, staff were encouraged to adopt a proactive stance—responding rather than passively seeking guidance—and to study and implement the Second Judicial Interpretation of the Construction Law, thereby upholding the enterprise’s legal and compliant standards. Leaders were also expected to set an example through prudent conduct, refrain from pessimistic commentary, and diligently protect Qian’an’s positive public image and its hard‑won resilience. By fostering unity across all levels, they were to make unremitting efforts together to help the Group overcome challenges and pursue shared development. (Office)
