The competition features multiple rounds of assessment, including an online preliminary round and a semi-final, with rigorous selection and intense competition that comprehensively evaluates contestants’ professional knowledge and overall job-related competencies. The finals comprise three core components: a foundational knowledge quiz, hands-on skill challenges, and a comprehensive competency assessment, providing a multi‑faceted, holistic evaluation of project managers’ overall capabilities and practical problem‑solving skills. Two employees traveled to Xi’an to compete on-site, going head-to-head with top project managers from leading central state-owned enterprises, forging valuable professional connections through the competition. Their performance fully showcased the group’s management team’s exceptional technical expertise and their proactive, forward‑looking spirit, while also bolstering the company’s efforts to strengthen talent development and drive greater efficiency and quality in project management.
