Two projects of the Group have been recognized as provincial model construction sites for work safety.

At the end of May, the Jiangsu Province Construction Safety Management System released the notification of assessment results for standardized construction sites in 2025. The residential and commercial supporting project on Plot No. 23036, constructed by the Huageng Branch of the Group, and the Qidong Fishery Development Industrial Park Project (Area C), built by the Jiepu Branch, were both rated as “Excellent.”

In recent years, the Group has steadily intensified its efforts to deepen its presence in the Qidong market. During project construction, its local branch has rigorously adhered to the relevant regulations on safe and civilized construction issued by the Qidong Municipal Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau and the Group itself, implementing robust measures in areas such as green and civilized construction, safety management, protective safeguards, and dust‑control monitoring. These initiatives have effectively elevated project management and standards of civilized construction, fostering a harmonious and well‑organized construction environment and continuously enhancing the Qian’an brand in its hometown.
