The Group held the launch ceremony for its 2026 Safety Production Month activities at the Jiangzhiyuan New‑Type Fishery‑Photovoltaic Integrated Project in Dafeng, Yancheng.
On the morning of June 1, the Group launched its 2026 Safety Production Month activities at the Jiangzhiyuan Fishery Dafeng Port Smart Industry 350 MW New‑Type Fishery‑Photovoltaic Integrated Project, which is being constructed by the Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch. The campaign is themed “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers.”
More than 60 participants, including senior executives of the group company, representatives from relevant headquarters departments, and personnel from Nantong Company and Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch, attended the event. Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, delivered a speech on ensuring the successful implementation of the 2026 Safety Production Month. He emphasized that safety is the lifeline of corporate development and an inviolable red line. The Group has consistently placed safety at the forefront, continuously increasing investment in staffing for safety management and in the development of safety‑related information systems. It has established a dual preventive system comprising risk‑based tiered control and hazard remediation, which it continually refines and rigorously implements. Mr. Zhang underscored that there is no end point to safety production—only a starting point. He urged all levels of the Group to seize the Safety Production Month as an opportunity to strengthen awareness and fortify ideological defenses; to ensure rigorous execution and solidify the management foundation; and to engage every employee in building a robust safety culture. By upholding higher standards, stricter requirements, and a more pragmatic work style, the Group will reinforce its safety safeguards and provide strong support for the company’s high‑quality development.
At the launch ceremony, Zhang Yue, the company’s Safety Director, led all employees in taking a safety pledge and signing the commitment; Gu Yong, Manager of the Safety Equipment Department, organized a hands-on exercise to identify potential safety hazards; and Chen Fei, head of the Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch, delivered a statement expressing the company’s commitment.

Yin Weidong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, delivered a concluding address, emphasizing that workplace safety is not only vital to the lives of employees and the well-being of their families, but also critical to the survival and stability of the enterprise. He stressed that all levels of the company must fully recognize that ensuring workplace safety is an extremely rigorous, serious, and meticulous undertaking. The Chairman pointed out that the key to workplace safety lies in effective implementation, particularly given the large scale, high complexity, and diverse business formats of individual projects. He urged senior management to take proactive responsibility, firmly shoulder their safety‑related duties, and ensure that these responsibilities are diligently carried out, thereby driving continuous improvements in workplace safety and safeguarding the stable and sustainable development of the enterprise’s safety performance.
The launch ceremony was also broadcast live via DingTalk, with more than 300 company safety management personnel tuning in online. (Group Office)
