On April 30, the Group’s Labor Service Company convened the 2026 Annual Labor Management Work Conference in the 16th-floor conference room of Qian’an Building. All employees of the Labor Service Company, as well as labor administrators and team leaders from relevant branch companies, attended the meeting. The meeting conducted an in-depth study of the report delivered by the Group Chairman at the Eighth Shareholders’ Meeting of the Third Session, comprehensively summarized and reviewed labor service management work for 2025, and systematically outlined key tasks for 2026. In addition, the Group’s Human Resources Department was invited to provide effective guidance on preventive and responsive measures for managing construction-related work injuries. Cai Ting, Deputy General Manager of the Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He emphasized that the labor service company must place service at the core of its operations, continuously strengthen its risk-control capabilities, and prioritize comprehensive compliance in areas such as social security, work-related injury insurance, and tax matters.
