On April 28, a grand groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Phase II project of the Feiman Bio Changchun Jingyue Factory, which is being constructed by the Group. Zhang Jian, General Manager of the company, Xu Bing, Deputy General Manager, and other senior executives attended the ceremony.

This project is being developed under an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracting model, with a planned gross floor area exceeding 20,000 square meters and a contract value of more than RMB 200 million. Construction is being undertaken by the Group’s Jinhui Branch. Leveraging Feiman Bio’s technological breakthroughs in the field of active collagen, the project will establish a full-industry-chain ecosystem spanning research and development to production, with the aim of setting a benchmark for the biopharmaceutical industry. At the groundbreaking ceremony, General Manager Zhang Jian delivered a speech, stating that Jiangsu Qian’an will fully leverage its expertise in pharmaceutical infrastructure construction, honor its commitments through pragmatic action, and reciprocate the trust placed in it with uncompromising quality. Mr. Zhang urged the project team to spare no effort in creating greater value for the client, ensuring the project’s high-quality execution, and ushering in a new chapter of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two parties. The successful commencement ceremony marks the entry of Jiangsu Qian’an’s collaboration with Feiman Biotechnology into a new phase, while also underscoring Jiangsu Qian’an’s professional expertise and technological strengths in the pharmaceutical infrastructure sector. Moving forward, the two parties will leverage this project as a strategic link to further deepen their cooperation, jointly driving innovation and development in the biopharmaceutical and medical aesthetics industries, and contributing to regional economic growth and industry advancement. Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects.
