Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for Jordan Coatings (Zhangjiagang) Relocation and Expansion Project

On April 22, the groundbreaking ceremony for the relocation and expansion project of the Jordan Paint (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd. Experimental Research and Development Center, undertaken by the Group, was solemnly held in the Zhangjiagang Bonded Zone. Management personnel from the Group’s Jinrun Branch, Suzhou Company, and the project office attended the event. Cai Ting, Group Deputy General Manager and Head of the Jinrun Branch, delivered a speech at the ceremony. He stated that, as a key core laboratory project for Jotun, the project is characterized by high standards, stringent requirements, and a tight schedule; this assignment represents both trust and responsibility. He urged the project team to provide full cooperation to the management and supervision teams, strictly adhere to the park’s regulations, adopt scientific construction organization, rigorously control quality, strictly comply with safety standards, uphold civilized and green construction practices, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery—thereby delivering a premium, exemplary, and reliable project for the client. In his address, Morten Borgos, General Manager of Jotun Coatings (Zhangjiagang) Factory, expressed his full recognition of Jiangsu Qian’an’s professional expertise and industry reputation, and firmly believed that Qian’an would advance the project construction to high standards and with high quality, successfully complete all construction tasks, and help Jotun enhance its R&D capabilities, thereby achieving mutually beneficial development.

The Group dispatched representatives to attend the provincial industry experience‑sharing conference and received multiple certificates of achievement.

On July 30, the Jiangsu Provincial Installation Industry Association convened an experience-sharing conference on installation project management for 2026 in Nanjing, which was attended by representatives from our group.

In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.


Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects.
