The Group Company Successfully Completes Its First Audit for Financial Annual Report Coding

In late April, the Group successfully completed its first-ever coded audit of the annual financial report and received the corresponding coded audit report. According to available information, in order to combat fraudulent audit reports, the state has launched a nationwide, unified regulatory platform that requires all accounting firms to file their audit reports on the platform and affix a QR code to each report. Coded reports differ from uncoded ones in that they are more transparent and secure, the audit process is more rigorous and precise, and the accounting practices comply with national accounting standards. Currently, both listed companies and centrally administered state-owned enterprises use coded audit reports. For the Group’s 2025 annual report, this was the first time a coded audit was conducted. Prior to the audit, the Finance Department carried out extensive data collection and analytical summarization. In mid-March, more than ten auditors from the third-party firm Nantong Jinzheng Certified Public Accountants moved into Qian’an Building and, following nearly a month of meticulous and thorough auditing, finalized and issued the coded audit report on April 13.
