The Group Company Successfully Passes the Standardization Audit by the China Construction Industry Association Certification Center

From April 15 to 17, a team of experts from the Beijing Construction Industry Association Certification Center visited the Group to conduct the annual surveillance audit of the integrated management system for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and construction project quality management standards.
During this period, the audit team conducted a comprehensive review and assessment of the Group’s senior management, nine functional departments, as well as the Jinwei Branch’s 2026 maintenance project for Dow Siloxanes and the Dongrun Company’s residential and commercial supporting facilities construction project on Plot 23036 (Section II), using methods such as document review, on-site inspection, panel discussions and interviews, and sample verification. The expert panel rigorously compared the findings against system standards and industry regulations, conducting an in-depth examination of the compliance of system operation, the effectiveness of process control, and the level of refined project management. Particular attention was paid to key areas such as quality control, green construction, work safety, and compliant operations. The panel unanimously concluded that Jiangsu Qian’an’s integrated management system continues to operate effectively, with clearly defined responsibilities and robust control measures. In response to changes in the market environment and evolving industry requirements, the quality and efficiency of management have steadily improved, customer and stakeholder satisfaction remains strong, and the organization is fully capable of consistently achieving its management policies and objectives. Accordingly, the panel unanimously recommended maintaining the certification for the four-in-one integrated management system.
More than 30 individuals, including senior management, department heads, and internal auditors, attended the opening and closing meetings. During the closing meeting, Group General Manager Zhang Jian urged all attendees to attach great importance to the audit’s improvement recommendations, develop closed-loop corrective action plans, and refine implementation measures. He emphasized that this audit should be leveraged as an opportunity to continuously optimize the management system, strengthen the management foundation, and enhance governance capabilities, thereby empowering the enterprise’s high-quality and resilient development through standardized, normative, and meticulous management.
