At the end of December, the Group Company received a letter of thanks from Chun’an (Hangzhou Qiandao Lake) Whisky Brewing Co., Ltd., expressing sincere gratitude for Jiangsu Qian’an’s outstanding professional expertise, relentless efforts, and remarkable contributions during the construction project.
The Chun’an Whiskey Project is a general contracting construction project undertaken by the Group, with construction responsibilities assigned to the Maosheng International Engineering Branch. The total contract value exceeds 160 million yuan. Construction commenced on April 30, 2024, and the project successfully passed completion acceptance at the end of November 2025. Over the course of more than 600 days of intensive effort, the project team overcame numerous challenges—including complex geological conditions, stringent environmental requirements, and the coordination of multiple trades working simultaneously—and smoothly completed the construction of over ten major buildings, including the distillation workshop, fermentation workshop, and comprehensive plant building. During this period, the project team also achieved an impressive safety milestone: 1.15 million safe work hours with zero accidents, earning high praise and recognition from the client.
The successful delivery of the project has created a high-end industrial benchmark on the shores of Qiandao Lake, integrating brewing production, cultural experiences, and tourism. At the same time, it has further enhanced the Jiangsu Qian'an brand in the field of industrial tourism. (Shanghai Branch)

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
