The Group Company and Nantong Open University Hold a Deep-Level Cooperation Exchange Meeting
On September 25, the group held a deep-level cooperation and exchange meeting with Nantong Open University in the reception room on the second floor of Qian'an Building. Jin Weidong, President of Nantong Open University, led a delegation of six members, including Zhang Jian, General Manager of the group; Fan Hongyan, Chief Economist; Wu Donghui, Chief Engineer; Cai Ting, Head of Jinrun; and heads from relevant departments.
During the exchange meeting, leaders from both sides engaged in an in-depth and comprehensive discussion. Mr. Zhang shared an overview of Qian'an's recent development and its remarkable achievements, particularly highlighting its impressive track record and promising market prospects in the field of mechanical and electrical installation. He emphasized that highly skilled professionals are the driving force behind the company's sustained growth. Furthermore, he noted that over the past two years of collaboration between the school and the enterprise, significant strides have been made toward "faculty integration and shared outcomes," yielding excellent results. Looking ahead, the company is committed to continuously exploring its potential and strengths in the mechanical and electrical installation sector. To this end, initiatives such as "Skill Masters Visiting Campus," "Model Worker Pre-Employment Training," and "Customized Training Programs for Students" will be implemented to integrate professional skills training more effectively into the educational curriculum. By doing so, Qian'an aims to cultivate a larger pool of cutting-edge, high-caliber talent that meets society's growing demand, thereby contributing to the industry's high-quality development.
In his speech, President Jin emphasized that the integration of industry and education, as well as collaboration between schools and enterprises, are the keys to delivering high-quality vocational education—and represent a mutually beneficial, two-way partnership. The university will establish a new, more comprehensive, closer, and deeper mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation through the development of industry-specific colleges. Focusing on local industrial needs and industry trends, the university will actively cultivate specialized colleges in fields such as intelligent manufacturing and smart construction. Ultimately, the university is committed to making the collaboration between Qian'an Construction Group and Nantong Open University a model for exemplary school-enterprise partnerships.
During the event, attendees from Nantong Open University visited the Qian'an Building Cultural Exhibition Hall and the Qian'an Education & Training Base. (Corporate Management Department)
