Police-enterprise collaboration strengthens the security barrier.
As the National Day holiday approaches, and to optimize the business environment while ensuring the Group's healthy and stable growth, on the afternoon of September 23, the Economic Investigation Unit of Qidong Public Security Bureau, together with units including Criminal Investigation, Political Service, and the central police station of Huilong Town within their jurisdiction, formed the "Dongjiang Blue Shield Enterprise Protection Team." They visited Qian'an Building to launch a special "Welcome National Day · Deliver Services · Safeguard Development" police-enterprise collaborative service event.
The event featured a detailed briefing by Yin Weidong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Corporation, who provided insights into Qian'an's production and operational status, market expansion plans, and the current challenges related to enterprise-related risks. Participants also shared the group's perspectives and suggestions on how public security authorities can better tackle corporate crimes, guide safe production practices, and optimize management services. In response to the group’s specific concerns—such as contract performance risks, intellectual property protection, and internal personnel management—police officers drew upon recent, high-profile cases of economic crime to offer thorough, expert answers. Additionally, they presented comprehensive risk-management recommendations from a legal compliance standpoint, emphasizing a proactive "prevention-first" approach, robust "in-process monitoring," and effective "post-event rights protection" strategies throughout the entire process.
“Police officers came to our doorstep to deliver services and explain the law—this not only helped us identify potential risks but also gave our company a much-needed ‘peace of mind’ to keep growing!” The chairman remarked that police and enterprises should further strengthen communication and build trust, regularly conducting enterprise-related services and risk assessments to provide businesses with a “security gift package.” Group General Manager Zhang Jian, Deputy General Manager Song Hongliang, Chief Accountant Yu Chengjian, along with representatives from the Legal Department and the Office, all attended the symposium.
