Group company organizes the operation briefing of the cost management system

On the afternoon of June 12, the group company held an operation briefing on the cost management system in the fourth-floor meeting room of the headquarters building in an "online + offline" manner. The system management module was officially launched and operated on the company's OA platform on June 16.

Ji Gang, manager of the Cost Management Department, gave a briefing, focusing on the six modules involved in cost management: pricing information, negotiation changes, monthly output reports, contract settlement, outsourcing contracts, and cost dynamics. It also involved adjustments to the financial, outsourcing contract, real-name system, and QIan Yun modules; Ji Gang stated that cost management follows four principles: hierarchical control, data-driven, risk prevention and control, and classified execution. The purpose is to enhance cost awareness and profitability, strengthen risk prevention and control and management efficiency, promote data interconnection and digital transformation, and work together to escort the sustainable development of the group company.
