Two fire protection projects of the Jinrun Branch of the Group were successfully completed
In early June, the above-ground fire protection project of the plot south of Xuanwu Avenue and west of Xuzhuang Road (NO.2021G65 Zhongcheng plot), and the fire protection project of plot A of Sudi 2021-WG-36, both of which the Group participated in the construction, were successfully completed and are awaiting fire acceptance organized by the construction unit.
The above-ground fire protection project of the NO.2021G65 Zhongcheng plot is located in Nanjing Xuzhuang High-tech Zone, with a total construction area of 139,000 square meters. It consists of three 11-story office towers, a two-story annex building, and a two-story basement. The construction was undertaken by Project Department 039 (Li Jian) of the Jinrun Branch of the Group.
The fire protection project of plot A of Sudi 2021-WG-36 is located in Suzhou High-tech Zone, with an above-ground construction area of 150,000 square meters and an underground construction area of nearly 85,000 square meters. It consists of seven 8-20 story office buildings. The construction was undertaken by Project Department 057 (Ni Jin) of the Jinrun Branch of the Group.
After winning the bids for the two projects, the Jinrun Branch quickly and actively formed management teams and construction teams. They worked together to solve numerous problems, including materials, logistics, labor, and coordination with external professionals. They overcame difficulties and pain points in the construction process, resolving all on-site construction issues and ensuring the projects were delivered on time, to quality, and in quantity. The management representatives of the two projects' general contractors, Shanghai Construction Group and China Construction International Urban Construction, gave high praise to the Jiangsu Qi'an project team, calling them a reliable team and a benchmark team.
