Group Company Holds Special Equipment Quality and Safety Management Exchange Meeting
On the afternoon of May 29, the Group Company held a special equipment quality and safety management exchange meeting in the 16th-floor meeting room of Qi'an Building. More than 20 people, including personnel from the company's quality assurance system and technical heads from regional companies, participated in the meeting through an "online + offline" method. The Group's Engineering and Technology Department conducted publicity and exchanges on the reporting rate and content of daily control and weekly inspections of special equipment construction projects. Wu Donghui, the Group's chief engineer, pointed out that the company has formulated quality and safety management systems for pressure pipelines, pressure vessels, and boiler installations in accordance with Order No. 73 of the State Administration for Market Regulation in 2023, and has set up daily control and weekly inspection reporting procedures in the OA system, preventing management risks from the source. He urged the company's quality assurance system personnel to conduct timely training for project quality assurance system management personnel in accordance with the special equipment quality assurance system documents; regional companies should publicize relevant systems to project departments in forward management, and more importantly, implement daily control and weekly inspection reporting, continuously improving the Group's special equipment control level. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
