Tasting zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival, reflecting on high integrity and righteousness. On the afternoon of May 30, the Group Company Party Committee held a warning education activity themed "Learning from neighbors' mistakes, taking cases as warnings, and regulating the conduct of private enterprise employees" in the fourth-floor meeting hall of Qi'an Building. Nearly 100 people attended the event, including senior group leaders, heads of headquarters departments, heads of grassroots units, all party members, and representatives of excellent project teams. The event was presided over by Zhang Jian, general manager of the Group Company.

The warning education activity invited Song Fei, a member of the Qidong Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, a third-level chief staff member, and deputy head of the government work team of the Second Construction Company of the city, to give a lecture on regulating the conduct of enterprises, using cases as examples. Song's lecture did not involve policies, theories, or general principles; instead, it directly addressed problems, highlighted key points, and went straight to the core issues, incorporating preventive measures and resolution strategies. This deeply touched and inspired the attendees, earning rounds of applause.

Yin Weidong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Company, delivered an important speech. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
