The Fengshu (Qihe) Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project of the Group won the Dezhou Construction Project Quality Structure Award

Recently, the Dezhou Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Shandong Province announced the 2024 "Dezhou Construction Project Quality Structure" projects. The sorting and warehousing and distribution workshop 1 project of the Fengshu (Qihe) International Food Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, undertaken by the Group, has won this honor. This project was constructed by the Jinrun Branch 067 (Chen Weiyu) project department, with a contract value exceeding 400 million yuan, a total construction area of 151,032 square meters, including 4 two-story Class C factory buildings, 1 loading and unloading platform, 2 ramps, 1 shift building, 2 guard posts, a non-motorized vehicle shed, underground wastewater pools and other ancillary functional buildings and outdoor general projects. It is the largest construction contract project in terms of contract value and construction area since the establishment of Jinrun Company, accumulating valuable experience for the Group's further cultivation in the warehousing and logistics field. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
