Group Labor Service Company Holds 2025 Annual Labor Management Work Conference

On the afternoon of April 30, the Group Labor Service Company held the 2025 annual labor management work conference in the 16th-floor meeting room of Qi'an Building. Nearly 20 people attended the meeting, including all staff of the labor service company, relevant branch labor administrators, and labor team leaders.
The meeting thoroughly studied the report of the Group Chairman at the Third Session of the Seventh Shareholders' Meeting, comprehensively summarized the 2024 labor management work, and deployed key tasks for 2025. Cai Ting, the Group's Vice President and head of the Labor Service Company, emphasized the need to continuously optimize the management model, improve the labor management system, comprehensively enhance management efficiency, and strive to create a professional and standardized industry benchmark labor brand.
The meeting also invited Wu Ye, manager of the Group's Human Resources Department, to interpret the company's latest management policies; participants also exchanged and discussed labor management experience, difficulties, and innovative measures.
