Group company organizes intangible cultural heritage architectural skills experience and film viewing activity
On the afternoon of April 30, the group company's Youth League Committee, in conjunction with the trade union, organized an intangible cultural heritage architectural skills experience and film viewing activity themed "Youth Inheriting Intangible Cultural Heritage, Craftsmanship Building Dreams." More than 20 young employees actively participated.
The activity invited company experts to give vivid explanations of the historical origins and craftsmanship of mortise and tenon structures, the artistic characteristics and technical points of traditional architectural paintings, and other intangible cultural heritage skills, allowing young employees to gain a deeper understanding of intangible cultural heritage skills. In the DIY experience session, the young people worked in groups to practice, experiencing projects such as assembling Luban locks, building dougong models, making ancient building models, painting, and wood carving. Through hands-on operation, they felt the wisdom and ingenuity of traditional crafts and understood the significance of inheriting the spirit of craftsmanship. Finally, everyone went to the cinema to watch a movie, bringing a perfect end to this cultural experience.
This activity, in a way that combines education and entertainment, combines intangible cultural heritage with the growth of young people, enriching the employees' spiritual and cultural life and strengthening team cohesion. The group company will continue to build learning platforms, encouraging young employees to innovate in inheritance and contribute their youth to the development of the industry.
