Group's grassroots units deepen the promotion of the spirit of the Third Session of the Seventh Shareholders' Meeting

On the morning of March 7, JINR Branch of the Group organized project department managers to study and implement the spirit of the work report of the Third Session of the Seventh Shareholders' Meeting through an online meeting, with more than 350 employees participating in the activity. General Manager Zhang Jian of the Group attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He urged JINR to carry out its work under the guidance of the Chairman's report, actively playing a greater role in business development, risk prevention, and project management. Meanwhile, each project department should coordinate with the Group's key annual work such as personnel assignment, cost control, and centralized procurement; unite as one, face difficulties head-on, maintain confidence, and work together to achieve resilient development of QIAN's undertakings. The meeting made specific deployments for the work of JINR Branch in 2025. On February 28, the Engineering and Technology Department of the Group organized the study and promotion of the spirit of the Third Session of the Seventh Shareholders' Meeting. Chief Engineer Wu Donghui organized all staff to conduct an in-depth study of the work report delivered by Chairman Yin Weidong, gave an in-depth interpretation of the related work involved in the report, and required participants to deeply understand the spirit of the report, continue to focus on project management, highlight quality control and improvement, promptly summarize and guide new technologies, new materials, and new processes, enhance professional level, and contribute to the construction of the QIAN Brand. Since the end of February, Guangdong Company of the Group has taken the opportunity of the resumption of work safety special inspection and monthly comprehensive inspection to vigorously promote the spirit of the Third Session of the Seventh Shareholders' Meeting, interpret the Chairman's work report, and boost the confidence of grassroots units. During the nearly three-week promotion, regional head Gao Xiaoli required various branches and project departments to continue to strengthen risk identification and prevention, effectively enhance the systematic management of projects, support, understand, and cooperate with the Group's three major tasks of "cost management, project assignment, and centralized procurement", and work together to contribute more to the resilient development of the company. The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
