On February 18, Covestro Polymer (China) Co., Ltd. held a safety oath ceremony for CISS maintenance contractors and the "Best Contractor of the Year" award ceremony, where the group company was awarded "Covestro's Best Maintenance Contractor for 2024." On February 20, at the contractor safety meeting held at Dow's Zhangjiagang base, the group company was again recognized by the client as the "Best Unit for Safety Performance in 2024." Both projects were undertaken by the group's Jinwei branch, which has been deeply engaged in the maintenance and repair field of foreign-funded enterprises for over a decade, maintaining a good and close cooperative relationship with high-quality foreign enterprises such as Covestro and Dow, continuously contributing to their development in China, and achieving a good situation of "win-win cooperation." The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
