He pointed out that the technical quality line needs to keenly capture various changes and actively respond to adjustments: artificial intelligence (AI) technology is profoundly changing the production and operation models of various industries, and the group's technical quality work should also keep pace with the wave of AI development, exploring its integration into proposal editing, quality inspection, data analysis, and other aspects; the group's wind power and photovoltaic new energy business is growing rapidly, and the technical quality line must proactively adapt to business structure adjustments, conduct in-depth research on technical standards and quality requirements in the new energy field, ensure a firm foothold in emerging business sectors, and create high-quality project benchmarks. Mr. Zhang also stated that the group's internal management structure is continuously innovating, with the establishment of new cost and procurement departments, and the implementation of an employee project delegation system. These changes aim to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency, and the technical quality department should strengthen collaboration with the new departments to provide professional technical support.
