On February 8, the group company organized a regional management business exchange and discussion meeting, attended by management personnel from various regional companies and the Jinrun branch, as well as all personnel from the headquarters market development department. The group's vice president, Song Hongliang, attended the meeting and put forward specific requirements regarding the research and risk assessment before undertaking new projects this year, the review of contract terms during the signing process, as well as operational work and credit management. The head of the market development department, Gong Jianhua, focused on interpreting matters such as controlling project bidding reports, strict contract reviews, prohibiting internal affiliations, strengthening credit management, standardizing cross-regional stamping, and balancing management and service.
