2024 Excellent Project Manager

Zhang Xinhua joined Qian'an in 2014. (He has served as the project manager for the Xinjiang Hefeng 500MW photovoltaic project, the Fujian Zhenghe 70MW photovoltaic project, and the Inner Mongolia Xingan League 300MW wind power project.) Since 2023, he has been the project manager for the China Electric Power Construction Gansu Jingyuan 100,000 kW photovoltaic project, commanding project construction in a harsh living environment with scarce resources, ensuring the smooth achievement of the owner's schedule goals.

Gu Quanfeng, a second-level constructor and engineer, joined Qian'an in 2017. He has served as the project manager for projects such as SAIC Ningde Coating Workshop, Dongfeng Huimen Parts Factory, and Hongcheng Storage.2024He served as the project manager for the Huayu Vision Changshu Base (Phase I) project, which has a construction area of 85,000 square meters and a cost of 291 million yuan, and is currently under vigorous construction.

Bai Hanbing, a member of the Communist Party of China and an engineer, joined Qian'an in July 2011. He has been deeply involved in the foreign investment field for many years, gradually growing from project translator and project assistant to project manager. The orthopedic factory femoral stem and other medical device production expansion project constructed in 2024 won 1 million safe working hours and the Outstanding Safety Contribution Award.

Yang Chunhua, a second-level constructor, joined Qian'an in March 2018. He has served as the site construction manager and project manager for projects such as DSM Jiangshan Pharmaceutical, Shanghai Chuangji Decoration Project, and Yabo Technical Transformation Project. From March 2024 to the present, he has been hosting the construction of the energy station installation project for the Shanghai Electric Lingang 103 Science and Technology Innovation Headquarters Bay project.

Yang Jianrong, a member of the Communist Party of China, a first-level constructor, and an engineer, has been with Qian'an since September 1992. He has served as the project manager for various projects including the electromechanical engineering of the China Pharmaceutical University Experimental Building, the electromechanical installation of the China Pharmaceutical University Jiangning Campus Library, the electromechanical installation of Xianlin Gulou Hospital, the electromechanical installation of Zhengzhou New World Hotel, and the HVAC project manager for Taizhou People's Hospital. Since March 2023, he has been the project manager for the HVAC project of the Shanghai Midea Global Innovation Park, organizing the project team to work day and night to compete with central enterprises like China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, showcasing the style of Jiangsu Qian'an.

Sha Wei, a first-level constructor and senior engineer, joined Qian'an in April 2020. Since February 2022, he has been the project manager for the Celanese Nanjing Chemical Engineering project, which has won the Nanjing Safe and Civilized Construction Site award.

Good News Abounds | The Group Has Secured Multiple Emerging Industry Projects in Succession

In the golden autumn season, bountiful harvests abound, and new‑generation growth sectors showcase their strength. Since August, leveraging its deep-rooted expertise and core competencies in industrial installation, the Group has successively won bids for five key projects in emerging productivity fields, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 250 million, injecting robust momentum into its resilient year‑end performance.


Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.


The Group convened a special meeting to study and implement the spirit of the branch‑company representatives’ symposium.

On the afternoon of August 31, the Group convened a meeting of heads of regional companies and departmental offices in the fourth-floor conference room at its headquarters to deliberate on the implementation of the spirit of the symposium for branch‑office representatives held by the Group on August 30.
