Yu Zhen, a member of the Communist Party of China, Level 1 Constructor, joined Qian in April 2021, serving as the safety officer for the Beijing regional company of the group.

Since taking office, he has innovated work methods, regularly releasing safety short videos and recording demonstration videos for wearing safety protective equipment through WeChat groups, and conducting various demonstration activities for emergency rescue during Safety Month to assist project management, continuously improving management levels in safety, quality, and real-name systems.

Jiang Jinfeng, employed at Qian Jinhe Optoelectronics Branch in 2023, serves as a safety officer.

Responsible for the safety work of the 115MW agricultural-photovoltaic complementary power generation project in Tianzi Lake Town, Anji County, strictly requiring workers to follow safety electrical standards and high-altitude operation standards during construction, with no safety accidents since the project started.

Zhang Tao, joined Qian GTX International Engineering Branch in May 2022, serving as the project safety officer.

Since joining, he has mainly been responsible for the BASF HeLi Greco project in Pinghu, the new coarse MDI tank area project of BASF in Shanghai, and the APEX project of BASF specialty chemicals in Nanjing, with project safety working hours exceeding one million.

In mid-September, a foreign‑owned owner‑audit expert team from Jotun’s Norwegian headquarters conducted a three‑day, headquarter‑level specialized safety audit at the Jotun Zhangjiagang project site undertaken by the Group.

Good News Abounds | The Group Has Secured Multiple Emerging Industry Projects in Succession

In the golden autumn season, bountiful harvests abound, and new‑generation growth sectors showcase their strength. Since August, leveraging its deep-rooted expertise and core competencies in industrial installation, the Group has successively won bids for five key projects in emerging productivity fields, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 250 million, injecting robust momentum into its resilient year‑end performance.


Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.
