Gu Yong, a member of the Communist Party, registered first-class constructor, registered safety engineer, senior engineer, and an expert in emergency management for production safety in Nantong City. He joined Qian in February 2004 and is the manager of the Group's Safety Equipment Department. In recent years, he has widely promoted and communicated laws and regulations such as the "Production Safety Law" and the "Standards for Determining Major Accident Hazards in Housing and Municipal Engineering Production" during the Group's "Cloud Classroom" series of training activities. In 2024, the Group began self-training for ABC category personnel, organizing internal certification training before exams and achieving excellent results.

Chen Hongxing, a member of the Communist Party, intermediate accountant. He joined Qian in August 1993 and is the manager of the Group's Finance Department. He diligently conducts internal financial audits and provides proactive guidance to improve the quality of accounting and enhance financial management capabilities. He focuses on tax management, strictly controls tax risks, and helps the Group achieve the A-level honor in tax credit evaluation for consecutive years. In recent years, leveraging the "Qian Cloud Classroom" platform, he has conducted multiple rounds of training on financial and tax themes for the Group's financial personnel, standardizing accounting practices, improving risk handling capabilities, avoiding various financial and tax risks, and enhancing the overall financial management level of the Group.

By leveraging a mixed‑reality, visualized workflow, the project achieves precise control over construction details and optimizes execution plans, thereby providing robust technical support for high‑quality project delivery.

On July 30, the Jiangsu Provincial Installation Industry Association convened an experience-sharing conference on installation project management for 2026 in Nanjing, which was attended by representatives from our group.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects.
