He joined Qian in February 2004 and is the manager of the Group's Safety Equipment Department. In recent years, he has widely promoted and communicated laws and regulations such as the "Production Safety Law" and the "Standards for Determining Major Accident Hazards in Housing and Municipal Engineering Production" during the Group's "Cloud Classroom" series of training activities. In 2024, the Group began self-training for ABC category personnel, organizing internal certification training before exams and achieving excellent results.
