2024 Annual Qinglan Award

Master: Luo Yihuan, born in 1995. Joined Jiangsu Qian'an Construction Group Co., Ltd. in March 2021, currently serving as a commissioning engineer at the Maosheng International Branch.

Apprentice: Chen Bailiang, born in 2000. Graduated from Jiangsu Vocational College of Architecture in June 2022, joined Jiangsu Qian'an Construction Group Maosheng International Branch in August of the same year, currently engaged in commissioning engineering.

Master: Wu Xinxing, a member of the Communist Party, born in 1982, intermediate accountant. Joined Jiangsu Qian'an Construction Group Co., Ltd. in July 2005, currently serving as the financial supervisor at the Jinrun Branch.

Apprentice: Zhu Tianwei, born in 1997, graduated from Jiangsu Economic and Trade Vocational College in 2018, joined the finance department of Jiangsu Qian'an Construction Group Co., Ltd. Jinrun Branch in December 2022.

By leveraging a mixed‑reality, visualized workflow, the project achieves precise control over construction details and optimizes execution plans, thereby providing robust technical support for high‑quality project delivery.

In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.

Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.
