In order to seriously review and summarize the work of 2024, especially the implementation of key tasks; further unify thoughts, build consensus, and arrange the key work for 2025. On the afternoon of December 31, the group company held a centralized office meeting in the conference room on the fourth floor of Qian'an Building, attended by Chairman Yin Weidong, General Manager Zhang Jian, and leaders from various lines of the group, heads of headquarters departments, and regional company managers.

At the meeting, Vice President Song Hongliang, Vice President Ma Chunfeng, Chief Economist Fan Hongyan, and Chief Accountant Yu Chengjian successively reported on the progress of key tasks such as business legal affairs, cost control, personnel assignment, cost reduction, and debt collection. General Manager Zhang Jian provided comments and additional insights on the progress of relevant key tasks.

Chairman Yin Weidong delivered a concluding speech, stating that in the past year, with the hard work of all Qian'an people, the company's operations, management, and finance have maintained a stable state, successfully achieving the goals of crisis management and resilient development. Facing 2025, the chairman made an analytical judgment based on the external environment, industry situation, and the company's actual conditions, proposing three main work ideas: first, to maintain the unchanged goal of 'crisis management for survival' and further solidify the software and hardware foundation of a hundred billion enterprise; second, to uphold the unchanged confidence in 'overcoming difficulties for survival' and resolutely prevent and resolve various risks and conflicts; third, to firmly believe in the unchanged hope of 'reform for survival' and stimulate the internal development momentum of the enterprise through institutional management reform. Finally, the chairman called on all Qian'an people to actively adapt to the new situation and new requirements, take responsibility based on their job duties, and be courageous in their roles; actively connect with current key tasks, work together, and form a joint force to ensure effective progress in all key tasks; actively think deeply, seek innovation and change, improve work quality and efficiency, unite efforts, and overcome difficulties together, contributing more new strength to achieve the high-quality sustainable development of the group company (Office).

Group General Manager Zhang Jian Visits Asahi Kasei (Nantong) to Deepen Cooperation and Exchange

On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. Cai Ting and Gao Mingmin, Deputy General Managers of the Group, also attended the event.


The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.


The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
