Walk and think, growing along the way.

Walk and think, growing on the road.

Time flies, and the years pass quickly. In the blink of an eye, I have spent two springs and autumns in the group company. Looking back on these precious two years, I am fortunate to have become a mentee of Manager Chen Hongxing. The mentor's "transmission, help, and guidance" have accelerated my growth, and I sincerely thank my mentor for their selfless guidance and help. Through this period of learning, I have learned a lot from my mentor, and I would like to share my gains from three aspects:

First, in terms of ideology. My mentor has always adhered to the professional ethics and principles of financial personnel, being dedicated to their work and maintaining integrity and self-discipline. As a financial worker, being able to unite and care for others, consider the overall situation, handle financial and accounting business reasonably and legally, and diligently fulfill accounting responsibilities with a meticulous attitude towards work has set a role model for me and provided me with endless motivation for learning and work.

Second, in terms of work. My mentor has a profound knowledge base and rich work experience. Under my mentor's careful guidance, I have further understood the business knowledge of finance, developed the ability to issue invoices independently, learned to use financial software, prepared accounting vouchers in a timely manner, handled general accounting affairs, and mastered the classification, binding, and archiving of financial documents. This has not only improved my business level and increased practical experience but also elevated my understanding of finance from pure theory to practice. Whether in work or life, I carefully listen to the suggestions made by my mentor, think independently, take diligent study notes, actively review after solving problems, and continuously improve myself through reflection.

Third, in terms of continuing education. Under my mentor's leadership, I participated in training sessions such as "Corporate Tax Compliance Restructuring and Risk Response" and "Accounting Standard Accounting," where I studied the confirmation, handling, and related precautions of various accounting subjects in the income statement and balance sheet. I gained a deeper understanding of the management methods for pre-tax deduction vouchers for corporate income tax and strengthened the management of these vouchers. I recognized the development trends in tax supervision, the main types of risks in the tax field, common tax risk points in the construction and installation industry, and risk identification cases. In the new situation, new environment, and new tax administration, the regulations in the accounting industry are updated rapidly. As financial personnel, we must continuously learn and update our knowledge, enhance our compliance control awareness, focus on credit building, cultivate logical thinking and critical thinking abilities, and improve our ability to solve problems independently.

In the past two years, I have gradually adapted to the work I am engaged in, which is inseparable from my mentor's dedicated guidance, strong support from leaders, and the collaboration of colleagues. However, upon calm analysis, I still find many shortcomings that need to be further strengthened in terms of business knowledge and improving my quality and business level. Although accounting work is data-centric, good interpersonal relationships are equally important. I will think more, reflect more, and learn more in my work, gaining experience and knowledge through practice.

I am grateful to the Qi'an family for providing us employees with this platform for learning and growth, and I especially thank my mentor for their guidance over the past two years, which has allowed me to grow rapidly. In the future, I will work hard, closely follow my mentor's steps, and systematically achieve the set goals, transforming the knowledge from books into skills needed in reality, overcoming my shortcomings, learning from past experiences and lessons, and striving to improve and perfect myself.
