In March 25th, the group Shanghai held a working conference at the beginning of 2018 and the two session of the seven shareholders' conference in Shanghai, with the participation of more than 60 people in charge, contractors and the staff of the Shanghai company. The chairman of the group company, Yin Weidong, attended the meeting and asked for the work. On the basis of the detailed interpretation of the report spirit of the two session of the seven session of the group, Zhang Jian, the head of the Shanghai company, summed up the regional work in 2017, and made a department work on the work of 2018, including brand building, creation of excellent security, risk prevention and control, talent construction, basic management, integrity construction and so on. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
