On Nov. 30, the Group organized six exchanges for the establishment of branch companies. Senior executives and heads of major functional departments of the group company participated. Zhang Jianhui, Xu Weidong, Xing Yadong, Chen Yongfu, Song Lingling and Huang Kai, who applied for the establishment of a branch company, introduced their production and operation, organization, staffing and financial risks, and expressed their historical origin and deep desire to join Qian'an. Yin Weidong, the chairman of the group company, talked freely about the experience of the meeting and put forward the request to the applicant. He believed that introducing excellent contractor team was the realistic need for the development and growth of Qian'an enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and also the historical choice for enterprise reform and innovation. The group not only introduces the team, talents and ideas, but also optimizes the team structure, which is a win-win choice.
