The Group Organizes the Exchange Meeting of the Units Applying for the Establishment of Branches

On Nov. 30, the Group organized six exchanges for the establishment of branch companies. Senior executives and heads of major functional departments of the group company participated. Zhang Jianhui, Xu Weidong, Xing Yadong, Chen Yongfu, Song Lingling and Huang Kai, who applied for the establishment of a branch company, introduced their production and operation, organization, staffing and financial risks, and expressed their historical origin and deep desire to join Qian'an. Yin Weidong, the chairman of the group company, talked freely about the experience of the meeting and put forward the request to the applicant. He believed that introducing excellent contractor team was the realistic need for the development and growth of Qian'an enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and also the historical choice for enterprise reform and innovation. The group not only introduces the team, talents and ideas, but also optimizes the team structure, which is a win-win choice. The chairman of the board of directors also put forward requirements from five aspects: the basic conditions for the establishment of branch companies, managers, rules and regulations, personnel certification and corporate culture, and encouraged applicants to actively grasp the new situation and requirements of the current development of the construction industry, actively surpass themselves, dare to compete with the old members of the company; constantly strengthen self-management and pay attention to it. On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
