In order to meet the company's training business needs and support standardized training management process, at the beginning of this year, the group commissioned Jiangsu Tiejun to develop the learning platform, and began software trial run in October this year. The platform carries out online learning, training, examinations, surveys, exchanges and information queries through the Internet. At present, training management, online learning, online examinations, check-in management, learning records, performance statistics and other modules are set up to create a new learning mode for company employees. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
