Group Chairman's Inspection of Biluiyuan Riverside Skyline Project


On November 14, Yin Weidong, chairman of the group company, came to Guangdong to inspect and guide the Biguiyuan River Skyline Project, which was built by Song Lingling Project Department in Nantong District. Song Hongliang, vice president of the company, was accompanied by him. The project has standardized management, bright spots and excellent quality. It has been rated as benchmarking project by Biguiyuan Group, ranking first in the middle of the Yangtze River region and fourth in the whole country. In recent years, the operating performance of the project department has increased year by year, and the cumulative construction output value has exceeded one billion yuan. It has made Qian'an brand in Guangdong market and Biguiyuan Group. After inspecting the site and listening to the report, the chairman of the board, Yin Weidong, appreciated the work of the project department and offered guidance. The chairman thinks that the project department pays attention to development, friendly and highly integrated relations with the owners, and maintains long-term good cooperative relations with them; the managers are fearful, clear-minded and advanced in management mode; the project brand consciousness is strong, the civilized construction is emphasized, and the benchmarking and project quality are excellent. Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.
