Hello, I have received your letter. I am very gratified to see that more and more private enterprises are actively shouldering social responsibility, actively devoting themselves to fighting poverty and helping many poor people live a good life.
In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, private enterprises have developed vigorously, and the private economy has grown from small to large and from weak to strong. It has played an important role in stabilizing growth, promoting innovation, increasing employment and improving people's livelihood, and has become an important force in promoting economic and social development. The historical contribution of the private economy is indelible, and the role of the private economy is beyond doubt. Any statement and practice that denies and weakens the private economy is wrong.

In October 2015, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council jointly launched the Precision Poverty Alleviation Action of "10,000 Enterprises Helping 10,000 Villages", in which more than 60,000 private enterprises have participated so far. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
